And if they added like, birds in some places and more small, able-to-make-pets animals? I’d be screening with joy. Literally.

I completely agree it would make the game more immersive

It also should be an opinion to organize the seasons how u please, but only with cheats.

I like this idea but I think each biome should have a different season like for the dessert it would have a low chance to rain during spring and summer. And for the frozen biomes during winter it would be extremely hard to navigate through them because o snow storms, but during warm seasons there’s hardly any snow but it’s still snow every so often. And for the jungle and savanna they have a wet and dry season like in real life with a chance of wild fires.

Please, this has been my number one thing I want in minecraft for a long time. I can already see us building silos in our farms so we can store up food for the winter. Also, you should always start your world in springtime, so you have time to build up supplies for the harsh winter. this could also come with the edition of temperature and thirst, so you have to have leather armour as coats and a warm house in the winter, and water in the desert and summer. wells could become a thing you would have to make near your house.

Maybe there can be some rare season based weather effects for certain biomes like hail for summer in the plains and blizzards for winter in the snowy biomes? It be nice to have some new fitting music for seasons as well.

That sounds really interesting, and I have a few ideas..

First, if it snows in winter, then the snow should melt when winter ends, gradually melt until summer, or melt once summer begins.

Second, creatures like strays and husks could start spawning at night during the respective seasons (winter and summer)

Different tree foilage sounds great, and we already have white leaf blocks during the snow in great snowy plains biomes.

Third, the best times to grow food and farm would be Spring and Summer. Autumn would only have a -10% impact on crop growth, while Winter would have a -25% impact, noticeably slowing the growth rate of crops.

Maybe in Spring and/or Summer, growth speeds could increase instead of remaining the same.

Or make the seasons follow the real seasons going on around us

We definitely need seasons. If we had that, Minecraft would be a lot more interesting. (At least in my opinion)

You dont necessarily have to have the seasons change either. Maybe you could toggle between automatic or manual season changes where the game could change seasons automatically or you could choose a season you want to stay in. I have been wanting to build/survive in a autumn looking world!

I would love this but I also think it would be cool if you can turn this feature on and off. I also think I could be fun to be able to custumize this feature by being able to turn off seasons with a command like you can do for the weather.
