Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Concrete and Terracotta having Slabs, Stairs, and Walls

I really don’t like how you can’t craft concrete slabs and stairs. That basically means that we don’t have ANY colorful slabs and stairs. I really wish Mojang will add this because that would allow people to be more creative with what they build.

Edit: As you guys have mentioned in the comments, terracotta could use it as well.

Edit 2: They could also use walls, that could expand build options even more, and when it comes to build options, the more the merrier.

    I played Minecraft when it first came out but I wasn't thrilled with the game, however I have found a new love for the game, although I am not the greatest or most creative builder I still enjoy chilling for hours with this game. I feel being able to create colourful stairs and slabs with concrete and terracotta it would put more creative blocks and looks for the game and I think this would be more appealling to more players around the world and being who I am I like the fact that I love bright and vibrant colours. Anyway hope this feature will come to Minecraft soon, I play bedrock edition on the Nintendo switch thanks for reading.

    Wool would be nice to have too. I want to make a reindeer for a sleigh, but it would be too big if I made it with wool because there are no wool stairs and slabs, so I have to settle with wood until they add this.

    I mean, maybe... I would like the idea, but honestly, if this were to ever be added, I hope it's just slabs. Minecraft has always had a "more with less" mentality, and with lots of complexity coming in the 1.19 update (not confusing complexity, just stuff too complex for Minecraft) I don't wanna lose that simplicity. I do think concrete slabs would be cool, but I don't think block subdivision is gonna happen. Mojang wants to make new blocks, not add onto existing ones.

    GREAT IDEA!!!! I love building modern houses in Minecraft and stairs are the best blocks to use for roof tiles - BUT you can’t get all the good colours because there’s no concrete or terracotta versions! STRONGLY support this idea!

    Would definitely improve the game aesthetically i like white castles but i am always limited on how i can design them due to lack of variation in block shapes

    i like the idea of walls being colored because thats what people do to walls in real life and if the wall has change in shape you cant fill that gap (trimmings or cornices)

    I agree. We dont like using quartz stairs in a building of concrete.It would make more sense if it was concrete stairs walls etc.Please add them.🙏🙏
