I don't think we need to put it in bottles. Tree sap seems like it can be quite solid. You may be thinking of molasses, or maple syrup? Slime block 3.0?

I don't think glowing sheep would be very useful, if only because I doubt they'll add glowing wool, but glowing armor outside of enchant glint seems neat.

I would prefer if copper hoppers just replaced normal hoppers, since it would lessen the load on iron. Iron is used in too much stuff right now.
