Add the glowing dye for leather armor

Because the normal ink sack can be turned into a black dye, couldn't the glowing inc sac be turned into a glowing dye? This could be used not only for glowing leather armor, but you could also dye sheep.

    I don't think glowing sheep would be very useful, if only because I doubt they'll add glowing wool, but glowing armor outside of enchant glint seems neat.
