I don't like Glowing item frames texture. It looks too stretched out. But the basic idea is very cool!

    Feedback on glow ink sac:

You can combine glow ink sac with any dye to make a glow dye (eg. glow ink sac + red dye = red glow dye).  You can put the glow dye in cauldrons or on banners.

The dye on banners would give a similar effect as glow item frames, but only on the layer that the specific dye is on.  You can then make glowing leather armor using the glow dye.  (P.S. remove the five layer limit on banners as well)

One thing that I think would be cool is if you could use glow sacks on leather armour to make the undyed parts cyan and glow in the dark.

I noticed while playing Minecraft, that neither glowing signs, nor glow item frames emit any sort of light. I think that due to them glowing, they should emit a little light. Maybe the same as the soul torches, or the redstone torch.

You should be able to apply glow ink to banners!

Night Vision potions maybe should be crafted with glow ink sacks instead of golden carrots to add some challenge and gameplay integration. It also means you need to experience the ambience of the caves before you can "night vision" them. Much like how you need to kill two blazes before you can get fire resistance potions.

We should be able to combine glow ink sac with arrows to make silver spectral arrows, but with less duration than golden spectral arrows (pls at least let bedrock to have arrows that glow)

I get glow squid spawns in my Cave Spider string/xp farm. If I can see them I can hit them with a bow but sometimes the sack just shows up in my collection chest.

Using them to make armor glow would be a nice addition.

New trees. Like huge oak trees called huge oaks. (So creative of me NOT) JK maybe trees underground that glow. Not huge oaks technically those already exist in Minecraft. Dark oaks are big...

A big problem I'm seeing is that Glow Squid were chosen for Minecraft because they were pretty. However, in order to get glow ink, we have to kill the pretty squids. I think that you should be able to bottle ink from their ink clouds they make, and then extract the ink from the bottles. Since they only squirt ink when they are harmed, and we're trying to find a peaceful solution, there could be a slight change where they squirt ink when a predator such as an axolotl is nearby (Obviously they wouldn't continuously squirt ink when an axolotl is close, there would be a cooldown). This could apply to normal squid too, but that's besides the point. An addition to this is that Observers could detect the ink clouds, thus inspiring some really cool ink farms people could make.

Glow item frames need a light level of 1 to simulate glowing.

If glowing dyes could be crafted with glow inks sacs I would like the feature of different coloured redstone lamps to be added using this item

for me, my current opinion is: Most dyeable objects should be able to become Glowing when mixed with a Glow Ink Sack, and this'd also compliment Book and Quills, they have an outline with a specific colour (made from combining a Dye with a Glow ink sack, it causes it to make dyeable items to glow that Colour (including Leather Armor)

The first (Or Second) reason why people dislike the Glow Squid and Glowing Items is because of the severe lack of Cosmetics (Not Purely Cosmetic In Several Things Because Of Light Level). So I proposed these ideas to improve it.

    My Feedback:

    1. Glow Squids, Glow Item Frames & Glow Signs (Also With Dye) should emit the same light level of Glow Lichen over its surroundings. Glow Squids will also disable It’s Light Level Effect if it is hurt for 5 seconds. Glow Squids also might have an animated texture like in Minecraft Earth.
1b. Glow Ink Sacs, Glow Item
Frames (If Equipped In The Hand) & Glow Squid Spawn Egg will not emit Light Level but Glow like Enderman eyes.

    2. If Glow Ink Sacs are used on a Cauldron with Water or Dye, Water or Dye on the Cauldron will Glow like Enderman eyes.

    3. Leather Armor should emit the same light level of Glow Lichen (Also With Dye) if Glow Ink Sacs are mixed with a Dye or Water in a Cauldron with any type of Leather Armor (Also With Dye) used on the Cauldron. (Bedrock Edition)
3b. If Glowing Leather Armor is equipped in the hand (Also With Dye), it will Glow like Enderman Eyes. (Bedrock Edition)

    4. If you use a Glass Bottle on a Cauldron with Glowing Water, the Glass Bottle with Water will glow like Enderman eyes. (Optional)

Note: Light Levels might need Alteration for Glowing Leather Armor (Also With Dyes) and the Glow Squid. (IMPORTANT)

Maybe add some more ways to use the ink sacs, maybe for more dye? If leather armor had a unique glow pattern for each solid color? And mixed colors could have the pattern change to the solid ones depending on the amount used in the dye mix? (More red means the glow ink pattern for red is present longer before shifting to others?) it’s like like the llama having a carpet that looks different with each color!

At the moment, Bedrock edition has slightly better glow squids; they can spawn as babies. It should be added on Java, it helps add variety. I feel like Minecraft needs to stop adding reskinned mobs though, a glow jellyfish might feel more unique. Glow ink can have more uses, such as crafting spectral arrows. These arrows should be added to Bedrock, alongside bells highlighting pillagers.

Anyway, I like that glow squids are spawning in cave aquifers and water caves. Though, perhaps they shouldn't spawn in flowing 1-block water pools that you find in caves, it feels out of place, they usually die quickly from that.

Bedrock glow squid spawn rules should try to match Java spawn rules, but I'm not sure which is better. In general, they should try to spawn on dark cave aquifers, water-filled caves, and deep ocean caves. Maybe not on those flowing 1-block water pools.

Glow Squid needs better spawning mechanism, I literally see them in 5 by 5 water blocks. And they have no special use mainly, so there needs to be something special about them that players would like. Glowing text on signs is cool though

Maybe to add to the varity of glow items, glow wool? It can be crafted by taking glow ink and placing it next to white wool in the crafting bench. It can be used to create "Glow beds" which adds light to an entire chuck. (If you decide to add this, you may change anything you would like)
