I had the exact same idea! But I think it should have a 50% chance of dropping a spawn egg. When It doesnt drop a spawn egg it would drop nothing.

I love the idea of a /drop command but there should be a way to choose the coordinates of where to drop the items like this: /drop @(entity) Minecraft: (item) <x y z>

That sounds cool. I had that idea but I thought it should be called breaking instead of unbreaking.

That feature is already in Minecraft pocket edition.
