According to the minecraft wiki, goats can be milked for regular milk. I don't have bedrock edition so I don't know if that's new.

Only if the plants regrow, otherwise you have a griefer mob.

Wardens attack all mobs so shouldn't all mobs run away?

It would need to have gamerules to change is it can destroy blocks, and you should be able to disable it from happening.
