I don't think people normally make bricks out of those materials... Maybe for Iron/Gold there could be another kind of block crafted with 4, that looks more similar to the Copper or Cut Copper blocks.

3. The higher the experience level, the tougher mobs/ores get but better loot

Wasted on Enchantments? It takes forever to get 30 levels. And it's useful for naming and repairing things too.

3. Please Remove Double Tall Grass When Using Bonemeal on Grass Blocks

Using Bone Meal on regular tall grass makes it into Double Tall Grass, so yeah. It makes sense that it shouldn't.
