YES! We need a huge overhaul to villages (hopefully in 1.18) The main thing I would like to add that from my experience plains are the worst offenders which just goes to show that all the villages ...

I think the biggest challenge would be the code but if 1.18 was the village update...that would be epic. End villages, swamp villages, basalt villages (please devs), and jungle villages.
