I think Mojang said that Bastions will be home to Piglins. But great idea though.

The original NPC was supposed to be A "pigman". how ironic that we've come full circle.

It would also make sense to have some typ of piglin beast. Or Evan a new golem such a s a nether brick golem or a netherite golem

These villages could be made with nether wart homes and bone perimeter like in the Soulsand Valley.

Plus if piglins can make the stuff that you barter with them, they need to have a place to make things like that.

Even tho we got Bastions now, I think Piglin Villages are a great idea. They could spawn in the default nether Biome or in one of the forests, build out of the warped and crimson forest blocks and Blackstone.

There should be ribcage houses, a throne for the leader piglin and some hanging fire cages. These do not spawn in the real nether biome, only in the red ones.

Part of me likes this. Why? Because piglins are cool, because I'm always loving village ideas, and because this suggestion has had some thought put into it.

But part of me doesn't like this. Why? Because bastions will outclass this. And most of all because gold is so common in 1.16 it has killed the gold economy. We don't need more gold.

Verdict: I love the idea, but all the extra gold is stopping me from voting.

I think that bastions are more like castles considering the very thing that they are made of is black stone bricks and piglin villages are slightly different

They should have a perimeter fence around the village, and the piglins will become hostile to you if you cross it without giving them gold. Village piglins could also have classes although less than villagers. Maybe a toolsmith, a fletcher, a butcher/cook, and a potion master in addition to the normal piglins with weapons. Their job stations would be a smithing table, a fletching table, a furnace, and a brewing stand. Each one could have a different set of items that the will trade through bartering. These ones wouldn't have weapons, but would still attack with bare hands if provoked. (2 points damage)

I would like to see Piglin outposts in the overworld. I know they zombify after a short time so maybe make a block like a beacon that keeps them alive as long as it stays on and they're within range. This would make a good way to trade with them in the overworld and also a way to destroy their outposts if they become too violent.

But I think that this village is not for piglins. Instead, is for the mobs which look like a mix of piglins and villagers. Also, they are friendly mobs which we can trade with them using gold.
