I would simply use the /fill command. Do "/fill ~15 ~15 ~15 ~-15 ~-15 ~-15 air replace water." That is the largest area. Or, get a command block with "/fill ~90 ~ ~90 ~-90 ~ ~-90 air replace water"...

It could simply be a superflat world. Imagine if other players can enter the same dream, like if they sleep close to each other

Clicking on a snow layer may immediately place snowballs in your inventory, and clicking on a snow layer with a snowball may automatically pack it

Now that I think about it, a new Packed Snowball item may be unnecessary. Instead, snowballs could just be edited to be able to be packed, giving them increased damage and decreased speed
