Yes! Great idea! Would love to see more variations of cows. Also, you can get woolly pigs (look hilarious and super cute) so would also be cool to see these occasionally!

Maybe rather than having just granite or just sandstone, maybe vary the frequency? - like gold generating more in mesa, granite could generate more in jungles? I think this is what you were suggest...

I have always wondered why there are multiple types of sheep and horse but only one type of cow in minecraft... I would love to see herds of multicoloured cattle grazing the plains. Great idea!
