Wow. That comes off as very rude. Way to go, insulting the texture designer... It would be nice to have unique item textures for them though. That would be cool!

When you combine Copper and Gold it makes an alloy commonly called Rose Gold or Pink Gold.

I agree. Sometimes they're a pain to find. Especially since there's no compass or Eye of Ender to lead you to them. Heck, if you're unlucky enough, you may never find one because the worlds are ran...
