I agree, also ores/mobs that are farther than 14 blocks away in the deep dark should disappear, to make the new caves not op, create more danger and make night vision not overpowered when mining. ...

I agree that there should be more birds. Also there are parrots, bats, the wither and the ender dragon that can fly too.

Endermen are hostile, we already have piglin bartering and villagers. So no endermen trading.

The cauldron could store potion types inside For example right click with fire resistance potion on cauldron and it goes in the cauldron Currently the cauldron is useless except for decorations. :(

If you stay in the cold for too long, you could slow down slightly and take about 2 damage per 10 seconds Polar bear fur negates this completely.

The fletching table could let you craft all possible storage block types with your inventory materials in a GUI. Iron ingots to iron blocks, coal to coal blocks etc...
