I think the purpose of Respawn Anchors being refillable was so players couldn't get trapped in the Nether. I don't think beds should have to be refillable, but if Respawn Anchors were made to work ...

I think hoppers should be able to take Glowstone out of Respawn Anchors. Besides being used for pranks, it could be useful for redstone contraptions as a counter
