The Warden isn't supposed to be fought, it is supposed to be avoided. The reward comes from avoiding it to be able to get the loot it is guarding

Using Sticks on Armor Stands could add the arms

It may just naturally repel ghast fireballs. If there are different levels, the first level could just repel the arrows and the second level could repel them back at the mob who shot it

Personally I think that any achievements regarding the Warden should be from avoiding/escaping it.

If Chameleons are added thos could be connected somehow

If kangaroos are added they could give a special bundle or Pouch that can hold more items or have other unique features

Why wouldn't you just use a block of amethyst? Is it just so you can make the sound whenever you want?

I wouldn't have them actually drop anything, just increase plant growth beneath it

Drowned Horses could be called Kelpies, as they are horses that live in the water and drown people. I'd be fine with either name
