This should be as simple as adding the stripes that naturally exist on nautilus shells, and/or making the swirl on the sides the trim color as well

I think glass should just be made waterloggable, like leaves. Then when you have a bunch of waterlogged glass blocks next to each other, it just looks like an aquarium.
