Add icicles and ice crystals to other snowy biomes like ice spikes

Instead of being exclusive to the ice caves, icicles and ice crystals should be added to other biomes as well, particularly the ice spikes and frozen taigas. Icicles and ice crystals could generate around the base of and on top of large spikes, adding tons of detail and ambience to the biome. In snowy taigas, some trees could have icicles hanging from their leaves and in rare cases ice crystals at their base. Given how spring to life added extra details to warm biomes, the upcoming drop is a good opportunity to do the same for cold biomes.

    It could be interesting to have the Ice Spikes biome be the only place where you can naturally find icicle stalagmites
