This website needs down votes

There are some feedback suggestions that the community possibly doesn't want implemented, but without a down vote option on these feedback items you can't know for sure. So if 50 people want something but 2,000 don't, that suggestion should might not get implemented into the game. But the up votes and down votes need to be counted separately and not added together.

    I think downvotes are often removed because they don't want someone to feel bad if people don't like their idea, but that kind of already exists just with the number of votes displayed in the first place. Really, this "solution" just makes it so Mojang doesn't know how people feel.

    I would suggest adding downvotes, but if Mojang is concerned with people feeling bad, just hide the votes. Make it so players can downvote but can't see how many downvotes there are.

    Or perhaps make it so downvotes counteract upvotes. So if you have 50 upvotes and 2000 downvotes, it doesn't go to -1500, it just goes to 0.

    I specifically suggest the upvotes are not affected by the down votes. You need metrics for players that want an idea and players that don't. But I do like the idea of hiding the down votes for any one outside of Mojang.
