you could get items like sugar, gunpowder, and coal when the water boils off completely... because river/ocean water isn't pure, and neither is rain water really.

netherite is intended to be end game, diamond is intended to be REALLY hard to get. It should stay that way, so at least make the coal mountain a rare biome.

It would be neutral and would not be able to grab you, but it would be capable of throwing you like the iron golem, except even farther. Also, did I mention it would be three blocks tall.
