Addison Mui Iron and Gold nuggets were created because of the existence of Iron/Gold armor that is smelted into a nugget. Copper Gear is not/should not be added, so the copper nugget is useless.

Netherite Hoe was removed from Bartering loot tables (sadly) and this would not make netherite farmable anymore

Cannons should not be rejected. They have nothing to do with guns and wouldn't change Minecraft's  rating. Countless games have cannons and are still rated E10+
