Yeah, they're too common. I think they should spawn in smaller clumps, along the line of 2-5 diamonds per vein instead of 4-8.

Ah that's a great point! You should be able to have a "get" and "scale" option then, similarly to the data command.

Really like this idea! Great way to please both crowds, and gives a lot of room for expansion and more shields.

At first I thought you were gonna suggest that parrots be muted when surrounded by wool blocks, lol. Agreed, though; parrots should be way less noisy, maybe only making noise when a mob is 16 block...

I'd love if deepslate (deep caves) were harder or scarier until you had decent gear, but you only need 3 iron for a pick and iron ore is all over the place at Y=0.
