I think that each tier should give you one more space for a Tier I shulker box (Tier II have two slots for normal shulkers, Tier III have three slots etc.)

I think that other Nether mobs intentionally try to step on these eggs and if you protect them they drop Scales when they grow which can be crafted to make Lava boots that don’t give you an protect...

You can fix your Nether portal by getting obsidian from Nether Fortresses. However, I do support the idea that they should have canyons where you can find Ancient Debris at the bottom.

I think that there should be a drop-down menu saying: Advanced Spawning where you choose which mobs you want to spawn (including passive or neutral mobs) so if you want a world with only villagers ...
