You can already do this. Well, al least in PS4, I can't speak for other versions.

Permeability is an effect that causes Water and Slime to damage you. I think I expressed this in the post however.

16 is way to much, for any explosive, four is much more reasonable.

I feel like the spawn chance is too rare, how about one spawns once you light the nether portal. It. An still spawn from the lightning vex, but gives a tiny bit more context.

Perhaps potions would 'condense' when left in a cauldron over a campfire. The longer the potion is left there, the longer it will last?
