I feel like this should be a magical version of the overworld. That is why I think magic, magical creatures, and colorful trees should only apply in this dimension.

Reduced would be good. That way it would still be useful, but not too op.

This could be useful. It could be crafted with a hopper and two pistons. Also, one that pulls blocks apart would be useful. It could be crafted with a hopper and two sticky pistons.
