If the height limit was increased, technically the Nether would too. Special new biomes could be implemented like ones being only located at the highest parts of the Nether! How cool would that be?

Perhaps there could be a totem slot in the player's inventory. Otherwise a player could have 10 totems in their inventory and never die.

I think this should be a spider that is found in a cave biome! Perhaps they could build their webs over the water in the caves. Maybe even be able to walk on water?

I think that would be super cool, except make the spawn less than moderate. There's already skeletons and ghasts that can kill you very quickly.
