I disagree with this idea. I was under the impression that the elytra has this feature because it is uncraftable.... isn't Mending powerful enough already to prevent your favorite tools from breaking?

That's what skeletons are for, and also, zombies already have a chance to spawn with iron swords or iron shovels.

Huh. Not a bad idea actually. Shulker bullets are fairly slow, so they wouldn't be too OP.

As in, all grass should be the same color in all biomes? No. Why would you want to take away from the depth and immersion of the game like this?

This is not really an overhaul, you've proposed exactly one change :P I'm pretty sure you can adjust cloud height in the options menu, have you tried doing that?

The concept of a fourth boss is not a bad idea in and of itself, but "wither dragon"? You couldn't pick a more unoriginal name/idea than that.
