Goat horns should be able to be attatched to helmets through smithing tables. Whether this should give any specific differences to the helmets function or is just decoration I think should be discussed further.

The goat horn should start and stop raids or just start them when in village radius

Milking goats gives you goat milk and when you smelt that you get goat cheese

Can goats gain more use. Goats are virtually worthless in the current snapshot and should be given an item worth getting like maybe being a farmable source of string? String would be good idea because players would no longer have to murder cats for string and could instead have a farmable source of string from a goat. If you do not want the goat to die to get the string you can make it so you can shear string off a goat. I think goat horns are the perfect opportunity to add a new type of weapon into the game. Goat horns are quite durable and would make sense to be made a formidable weapon. Perhaps if three are crafted in a line on a crafting table you can make a goat horn bat which can be used to smack animals and Players and give the nausea effect to them. It could also deal about as much damage as a diamond sword but have half the durability of a gold sword and could not be enchanted. It would have use in PVP on both bedrock and java and could help add in a new threatening item in PVP.

There should be a use to the goat horn, like a potion or an item you can make out of it. The little horn noise is a neat feature but it doesn’t do much to change gameplay. An idea for a potion could be a potion that if you run into a person or mob, they will get pushed back, just without the damage unless it’s fall damage. I just don’t want to see the goat end up like some other mobs and have it have an actual use

Make the horn have a use!

we don't wont this mob to be another bat or useless mob that only has 1 use!

the horn should have the use of being crushed for some sort of powder used for a new item!

or the goat could have meat that has special properties other than just saturation! (maybe jump boost)

    please!

I could see the horn, along with the teliscope, be used for team pvp communications, in some way.

The goat horn has to be related to raids somehow because of the sound. What if blowing it was another way to get villagers in there houses. Waiting for night takes too long and if you're using a bell it may not always be in range of all the villagers so you'd have to pick it up and move it around. Goat horns will make this easier.

I would love to see pillagers use the goat horn.
Because the goat horn makes the same nose.

Goat overall looks great but I think it should drop food. I can understand not adding it but I think this would add a useful and close to real life food source to the mountains

milk the goat for milk then use the milk to smelt in a cauldron over fire (like the clay pots) and get cheese

On an article on the Minecraft website, "Who Framed the Killer Bunny?," Jens said that they didn't want any animals to be hostile, at most they would be neutral.  I do think it's funny for goats to knock people off cliffs but let's make sure that they don't ram on sight, otherwise they'll just be annoying.

i had an idea that goats should be able to be milked, and said milk should take off all negative status effects from the player - what do you think?

Make the goat milkable, and it milk more "rare". Make it rideable please, it is going to be hard to explore all of those giant mountains.

Getting across mountains could be easier by feeding a goat something and temporarily letting you ride it. It can jump across gaps farther than horses but is no faster than walking.

All relavant animals should drop their own meat (like bears, goats and dolphins) but since those animals aren't supposed to be a food source, their meat always gives you hunger. this is so if absolutely necessary, you can survive starvation if you run out of food but its not a reasonable food source.

It would be interesting to see how goats can interact with each other :

    - Having a baby

    - Move in groups

Also, if we're making this as real as minecraft can be, we should harvest wool from goats,

    and also milk them !

Make it so if goats get harvested they automatically attack the player, sounds fun and challenging.

Hoat horns should be attachable to helmets through smithing tables. Whether they have any additional buffs to the armor other than aesthetic is up for discussion. One possibility might include a slight chance of landing a critical hit whenever you attack while wearing the helmet

It would make sense that goat horns make a slightly different sound to the pillagers one, in order not to mistake it and to be more unique, encouraging players to get this item.

Goats ought to headbutt trees at certain times of day. In the early morning or at dusk, maybe both. Its like they're sharpening their horns for another day's work of headbutting skeletons. That might make horns a little more rare, but it also means you could get them much more reliably.

I also think Goats ought to breed with the same foods pigs can. Goats also have a reputation as voracious eaters!

I feel like you should be able to use a goat horn to make like an instrument or something that is very loud and can stun the warden if used but it only has a few uses before it breaks.

I have noticed a bug where the goats do not charge at any entities or pathfind around powder snow. Other than that, you're doing great, keep up the good work.

what if u could use the goat horn in a village to alert them of an attack the same way a bell dose but it only works in a smaller radius. This could be a side feature if not the main purpouse

I think we should add goat milk, unlike the cow milk goat milk would heal hearts and states effects or something along those lines. Maybe you could cultivate it to make cheese!!! Also I feel like goats should be in packs because they are a social species in real life.

A way for a player to entice a goat to ram into a tree or block so they may drop a horn. Perhaps if the player holds some grass or a tin can they want to eat. Also if goat does lose a horn, it's model should show that's it's missing one and it can't drop another for several in-game days while it grows back.

lets make it so you can milk goats and have goat milk and when you smelt it, it turns into cheese.
