Custom mining speeds for custom pickaxes and axes

Something that always bugs me when mining custom ores is that when using any sort of pickaxe or custom pickaxe, the mining speed it the same. So, I would really like it if Minecraft addons would have mining speeds for the custom tools. It would really be a game changer for me and maybe other players. Thank you.
