     Look I already got to much phantoms around my base so this is overhaul.

    I think it should be be a blood moon event and also increase mob aggression during it also disable beds during it

    It would be really cool if zombies had a slight speed increase during this "New Moon Event." Perhaps they could jump 1.5 blocks to get over fences and would move to you in swarms.

    I think zombies need some sort of buff in the game, and this could be the perfect solution.

    the "Every time there’s a new moon, mob spawning rate is multiplied by 1,5 or 2" is in the game already

    It would be cool if during the full moon, allays of different colors (or just red) appeared in the birch forests floating around but disappeared immediately after the night so they can't be tamed. This would add ambiance to the game and it would be a beautiful and very rare event and also a way to help new players learn about the different mobs that exist already.

    I don't like the idea of phantom attacking always on new moon, but rather I would suggest that maybe if you go to a special place/biome on a new moon, you would experience or get something magical.
