They should have Nether Fortress and Bastion treasure maps, that can be obtained from Piglin Bartering (and, you know... have maps work in the Nether somehow).

Yes! ALL Blocks should be able to remember NBT tags when placed (chests can remember names, I guess), including ModelData, and custom block loot tables, too!
