I think this is a great idea, but maybe it shouldn't deal half the damage needed to kill a player. While this would be great for Assassin style combat, it would be a bit OP in an arena.

How would you obtain it? How powerful would the poison be? How long would the effect last? What weapons can it be applied to? Could mobs that spawn with these weapons have this enchantment?

This makes sense, but considering how weak leather naturally is, I don't think it would do much on its own.

I think they should actually break if you come up from under them. Having them act untangible would be a bit unrealistic.

I thought it would be cool that fists automatically dual wild to semi-spam hit. Or have one act as a shield that reduced damage by 10%/

Maybe not pennies, but some kind of Token that is used as currency. Like, 7 copper ingots arranged in a 'H' shape to create one token. Each token would be half an emerald.

It would also instant kill you if you got to close. This is way too ridiculous to fit into a game designed for kids.

Vines should be an alternative way to get string. It should maybe be called Stingy Vines, and be colored green, but still work exactly like string.

Smoke killing actually wouldn't work on most entities, namely undeads, guardians, and golems as they don't have lungs.

What would be the Ents' stats? I imagine it would at least be on par with the Iron Golem.
