Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

A new purpose for vines

If vines were broken without sheers, the vines would drop plant fibers instead. Those fibers could be used for a fiber bed and carpet variant that could be used in swamp biomes. Maybe they could even be unique to swamp villiages if they ever get implemented. Another use would be for them to be crafted into ropes that could be an alternative to the lead. They‘d not attach to mobs but they could be used for bridge designs perhaps or between fences and stuff like that.

    I think it would be an interesting and perhaps strange bit of trivia to have vines give you water bottles when clicked on with a glass bottle, possibly restricted to the jungle biome. I learned about how vines have lots of water but the water tension can prevent people from easily getting it with a machete. Would be an interesting addition, instead of a cauldron or water source to gather water from.

    Vines should be an alternative way to get string. It should maybe be called Stingy Vines, and be colored green, but still work exactly like string.
