Now, when you call it a "burner", do you mean it would burn the items you put in it, thus only lasting a limited time? Because I'd prefer it to last as long as the items are inside.

It would be awesome if it could be programmed to send a signal when a mob passes in front of it. Would be perfect for traps that won't be given away by tripwire or pressure plates.
