This could go two ways if added. It could make lots of food items ignored for restoring a lot of nourishment, or this could not effect the game at all, making it useless to add. I like the thought ...

3. Improving Wandering Trader Sales

I do think the wandering trader should sell more things, but not useful things because that allows the player to easily beat the game, which is why they don't have diamond trades in the first place...

Or we could just simply give it durability that's higher than iron but not as high as diamond, instead of over-complicating it.

I agree with everything but the entities. Maybe if they added a new floating biome or dimension, those entities could be there, but otherwise shouldn't really be in that castle, especially the anim...
