Efficiency 5 diamond hoes can already mine wart blocks instantly (at least on Java Edition. If it doesn't on Bedrock Edition, it is a parity issue and should be reported on the bug tracker).

Just use foxes, farmland, and hoppers. Besides, it doesn't really make sense for dispensers to harvest sweet berries because that isn't a shear exclusive action.

This should be a setting. Imagine spawning in only to get eaten by eight hoglins. Not everybody is professional enough to handle such a challenge.

Nice idea. This makes sense as zoglins have a terrible sense of sight and smell (they even attack armor stands).

I think it should sound more like a fire charge, as the spawner uses "fire" magic, not "teleportation" magic, but I agree.

Yes, but only on a solid surface. Note that they also grow very slowly, can be collected with anything, and can be bonemealed to grow practically indefinitely. (they function like the Nether vines)
