Mob spawner noises

Give mob spawners a whirling noise as the little guy in them spins faster and faster until, when they spawn, a sound similar-ish to enderman teleports is played

  I think it should sound more like a fire charge, as the spawner uses "fire" magic, not "teleportation" magic, but I agree.
