So, if I'm really lucky when killing the wither, I could get a bow that fires wither skulls. And on top of it all, the bow would be irreparable without slaughtering a lot of withers for another on...

So, I could just take out a stray, enchant the bow with infinity, and wreak unlimited havoc on all mobs all the way to the horizon? Sounds a little op to me.
