If you right click a King Cobra with an empty bottle, you could get a Bottle of Fatal Poison. Or maybe the fangs could be the main ingredient.

If you want to have effects for a stew you can craft a Suspicious Stew which does give effects.

What do you mean by bonus luck? Why do Iron Golems even need to drop a diamond apple? There's no point of adding this in.
