Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Also as turquoise has so prolifically been used in jewelry across history, I think there is great potential in adding jewelry, beyond trims, like circlets, necklaces, rings, or arm/leg bands that, unlike mods, don't have their own slots but can be placed within the traditional armor slots. While jewelry offers very little to no armor, it could offer some stat boost or potion like effect to the player. These could come from the current assortment of status effects or introduce entirely new effects or bonus that the player decides to trade defense for. Beyond turquoise, many gems have had perceived mystical properties throughout many cultures and history. Minecraft itself already recognizes the magical properties of gems/metals through the use of lapis in enchanting, gold in golden apples, carrots, and dandelions, emeralds in totems of undying, and every metal/gem capable of activating a beacon. The jewelry equipment mechanic can be extended to other gems or gem like materials such as lapis, diamond, emeralds, quartz, amethyst, resin, and echo shards each with specific effects and strengths based of world history and rarity within Minecraft. This would give gems increased uses and add to the more magical and fantastical aspect of Minecraft. My proposed concept of ancient petroglyphs could also be another example of this type of functionality
