    If you mean POV (third and first person) then yes, FOV means field of vision, or the amount of your surroundings that you can see on the screen at any given time. For example, an FOV of 30 would zoom your camera way in and if you looked straight down, you would basically only be able to see the block below you. An FOV of 120 ( quake pro) allows you to see the most.
