Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Dectector modules can work almost like the comparator but can only function and be programmed to one side at a time. One side remotely activates any redstone reactive block, while the other side can connect and detect the inventory of a block.- It has a bonus to detect the inventory of the whats below it as well. Can have the ability to detect through 1 solid block to a connected source. This would allow players to connect detector modules directly to any chest, barrel, dispenser, dropper, hopper, etc and view its inventory from the computer giving its coordinates to locate it aswell. Computer crafting can consist of nether star(middle), calibrated sculk sensor(top middle), daylight sensor(bottom middle), 2 observers, 2 copper ingots and 2 iron blocks. Detector modules can be crafted with sculk sensor, lever, daylight sensor, 2 copper ingots, 2 iron ingots and 2 gold nuggets. Printers can be crafted with 4 iron blocks, 2 nether quartz, dispenser, and a redstone block.

Cameras can also present the feature to do in-game mini recordings up to a whole minecraft day. Recordings can be accessed in the computer menu. To top it off we can throw in a projector block that can project videos taken in game to make a blast of advanced creations. Creators could maybe import custom video files to the computers in-game for even more creativity. Projectors could connect to computers directly through redstone or by detector modules. Projectors can be crafted by nether star, glowstone lamp, iron blocks, and glass. Walls must be between 2-4 blocks away for a 1x1 picture, 5-7 blocks away for 3x3 picture and 8-10 blocks away for 5x5 picture. Connecting two projectors side by side while projecting the same video can combine it for a even picture resolution such as 2x2, 4x4, etc. Spacing two side by side can result in even-odd picture resolutions depending upon the space between each other and distance from the wall it’s projected on for combinations like 2x3, 3x4, etc.

Minecraft Agents can probably be controlled manually from computer as well. This could offer players more mini game access. But features like this might require more advanced redstone devices. A sensor relay block crafted using sculk sensor, redstone comparator, and a copper rod. Sensor relay can serve as a ticking area for agents to wander in, connect more to extend the manual control reach a user can operate an agent. Agents can start off with half the health of a player give it redstone to increase its maximum health or to heal it. Give it redstone blocks manually or via dispenser to give it a full health bar equal to a players. It can only stack up to 3 rows. Agents could heal by standing on any powered redstone type block. The more agents are out of a sensor relay’s radius it loses power/health. Agents can also be shared with other computers from the main operator’s computer to let friends on the fun from their computer or just for more in-game customization. Agents could also start off only with only 9 slots which can be lowed in the pc and can be increased by equipping them with a chest for full inventory capacity (can also be edited in operator’s pc). Behaviors can be set to automatic from op-pc if sensor relay is inverted into the relay sensor mode and connected to op-pc. Computer should have user and operator mode selection when first running. Operators can set digital passwords that can be used to activate redstone, access agents, and sensor relays, & printers

Agent command block can be added to personalize and automate agents functions automatically and manually. Could be recommended to connect it to sensors relays or relay sensors. Players could access agent command blocks via computer but must be connected to sensors relays/ relay sensors to do so. Agents command blocks could be used to input commands that players can use to move agents with redstone directly like buttons and levers. Or use the pc along with agent command blocks to automate their functions if not controlling all functions manually from the computer (as if you were playing as the agent). Even tho agents cannot wear armor, cannot use elytra, cannot use shields, cannot ride other creatures, cannot eat, and cannot give itself redstone dust manually, players can still use it to find ways to power itself. It can place and destroy blocks, press buttons, switch levers, activate pressure plates, etc.., basically everything else a player can do. Can also be unaffected by healing and harming potions. Agents should go blind and stop moving when out of power/health requiring players to reboot and reclaim their agents manually.

Agents could be upgraded with dispensers twice to increase fire rate of projectiles for its protection since they are so small. But since we’re speaking of small and upgrades why not add another, interacting with agents using a armor stand could upgrade once more now being able to apply armor and use shields for extra protection. Now instead of it being the size of copper golem it’s upgraded to the size of a player. Recollecting player sized agents and placing them in a stonecutter could shrink it again into a smaller agent. Placing agents in grindstones could remove all applied upgrades. Agents can be recalled using pc’s. Mace’s could probably work wonders against agents. Agents can only ride boats and minecarts.

Computers should also be able to have the option for players to pull up and view their mob and player kill count. A discovery page should be added to pc’s that shows the player all mobs they’ve encountered on their adventure, listing their biome biography, and natural health. Maybe encountered custom mobs can appear here too, with info on where it was found with details on who nd what enhanced it. Once a mob is naturally encountered, players unlock access to a collector’s image (almost like achievements and unlockable recipes) to the variant of that mob. Collector’s images can be printed as well. Only vanilla mobs can have collectors images while modded ones will show their spawn eggs. Images of modded mobs can be captured with a camera then applied through the pc’s.

New scanner block should be added to… well basically to scan blocks and items. To use, place any item or block inside a scanner block linked through detector modules to pc, item or block image will then be accessible with short description of it’s name and category. Scanners blocks can be programmed in pc’s to scan specific items using detector modules. Once item info has been stored in pc, players could use the scanner as a key lock passing a redstone signal through the output side of the connected detector module if item input is match. Once a scanner has been programmed it basically becomes locked and can no longer scan any item, only the item set from the pc. Output data in set scanner blocks can only be altered from the computer(s) its connected to.

Iron, gold and copper locks would be a great feature to add with this. Why you say? If they were added players would be able to unlock any chest or door with its corresponding key. Locks and keys can be named for personalization but must match. A lock texture should appear on doors and chest once lock is applied. Enderchest should be capable of holding infinite storage. New slot pages in enderchest could cost an eye of ender. Put a eye of ender on a chest with a lock to send items to the player’s enderchest to prevent item loss if the chest is destroyed. Items in locked chest will be destroyed along with the chest itself if broken. Once locked chest is opened with a key the lock breaks as well as the key returning it to a normal chest. To prevent locks and keys from breaking crouch and use honey on the locked chest. To remove lock without key (aka chest robbing) use the corresponding axe matching the lock with silk touch applied to mine the door or chest. Gold locks adds an extra 3 seconds to the time it takes to mine a chest or door or use a gold axe to break it in 1sec, copper an extra 6sec or 2sec with copper axe, iron an extra 9sec or 3sec with iron axe. Using stronger tools to try to break locked chest will destroy it with items inside, so diamond and netherite wouldn’t be advised even with silk touch. Mining a locked door with the proper axe will drop a nugget and the door, anything else will destroy the door. Ui openable blocks like furnace, crafting table, anvil, etc., all except for enchantment tables. Openable ui blocks can be locked with any lock but wont show a texture of the lock, though it can hint at what type of lock it is by how long it takes to break it. Careful tho cause is might not be as durable as you might think. Destroying it would only drop a nugget relative to the lock that was broken off.

Combine any lock with a sign and to make a password lock. Password locks can be applied to any container, enhancement table, block or block with openable interface/ui, all except for grindstone, anvils, woodcutters, and enchantment table. Use anvil to name the password lock before applying it to customize your password. Use a nametag to change the title/open name for password locks. Password locks can also be attached to all sides of blocks, sending a redstone signal through it if the entered password is a match. Password locks are not placed on pc’s, cameras, and agents but can be interacted upon to set it a password. Pc’s should also have the ability to research and coordinate connect to certain devices like detectors modules, cameras, passwords locks, and agents. Pc’s can access devices if players can input the devices coordinates into pc, where the password my then be required. Passwords set with password locks can only be disabled and changed inside pc’s. Once disabled password locks can be mined without breaking the block it’s attached to. Think of it somewhat like a button that can’t be broken to easily, but makes the face of the block its attached to interactable. When cursor is on the same face of the block as the password lock, it turns the both build and mine buttons into interact buttons even when crouched. Password locks can only be mined while crouched and using a silk touch diamond or netherite pickaxe

Password locks, camera and scanner blocks can be combined with a sculk sensor in a crafting table to make a new scan sensor. Scan sensors can scan players and mobs sending their data to pc. Data includes health, armor, status effects of a player or mob. Scan sensors can take a screenshot or photo of the player to store their skin, and save its matching head icon. Scan sensors can be connected to pc’s through detector modules or coordinate connect inside pc’s. Scan sensors can be a mix between a block and entity like armor stands and cameras. It can be placed on walls and ceilings with 3 built in toggles, and 3 modes accessible from the pc. Item allow - detects and allows an output signal for holding specific items. Entity allow- detects and allow an output signal for specific mobs and players listed in pc. Armor allow- required and detects specific armor(including ones with trims) Scan- captures the player skin and scans for player data. Screenshot- snaps a screenshot of scan sensors pov. Record-  records scan sensor pov.

While on the topic, the addition of video tapes would be a perfect connection. Empty tapes should be made with scutes, paper, and resin. Tapes can be viewed in pc’s after it’s put into connected projectors or scanner blocks. Tapes can be copied and printed through pc’s to the printer block. Tapes could be stored on chiseled bookshelves like books. Printers are made from 4 turtle scutes, dropper, black, red, green and blue dye. Prints out copied book and quills, enchantment books, tapes, maps, pictures and paintings. Combining tapes with music disk could give us Mojang created tapes. Each mojang tape could have an important tutorial video for each disk. For example the broken disk 5 can be put back together and combined with a empty tape to give a Mojang tutorial on how to activate the portal to the deep dark. Disk 11 could be combined with a tape for a video on how to summon wither boss and enter the withered dimension and etc. You get the idea!
