It’s about time we get the camera added to the base game and not only education edition. You guys at mojang already got it’s main function down to a “T”, by capturing pictures and being able to put it in a book and quill to really capture the story the player is living out through their world. I think this could bring on a whole new level of immersion and storytelling for players if added to the vanilla experience. Crafting could consist of any stripped log, observer, any button, spy-glass, and sticks. To throw in a modern twist the addition of computers, printers, and detector modules in Minecraft would be a game changer. Minecraft computers could send direct messages to other players, be used to make and print custom paintings in game, upload and send written stories to friends, use books to copy and paste preexisting enchantment books, combine and zoom in and out of explored parts of maps, create custom treasure maps, print copies of maps, copy and print banner patterns, activate redstone type blocks and it’s connected contraptions remotely through detector modules, create and change world thumbnails, and also tap into positioned camera perspectives that are connected.
