Radioactive ore would be found in small veins throughout the world and would be able to appear at any height in any biome, it would even be able to appear on the "surface" of some biomes in the nether. It would be slightly rarer than iron but not quite as rare a diamond. It could be collected using an iron pickaxe and would cause the player to take damage after prolonged exposure (being within 5 blocks of it for at least 5 minutes), there could be a new enchantment that prevents it from doing so much damage. It could be smelted into bars which could be crafted into blocks, but these blocks would do much more damage than regular radioactive ore. Radioactive arrows could also be crafted by making an arrow with a radioactive ingot instead of flint, these arrows would make mobs and players glow and would cause them damage every 2 seconds for 3 minutes. Radioactive ore could also be used to craft radioactive slime balls which, like normal slime balls, could be used to breed frogs, but instead of producing regular frogspawn the frogs would produce radioactive frogspawn which would hatch into radioactive frogs which would behave very differently than normal frogs.
