Copper golems should become charged when struck by lightning

Charged copper golems would move twice as quickly and would have glowing blue eyes instead of the regular yellow eyes. They would also appear to be surrounded by miniature lightning bolts and could occasionally teleport to the nearest copper chest. They could also be able to "zap" hostile mobs with lightning from up to 20 blocks away (I'm not entirely sure about this part, so put your thoughts on it in the comments).
