    thats not possible. you just need to wait until they have almost complete parity in 50 years.

    That's not possible because java is written in java and bedrock in C++ and the programming is in completely different styles to do that they would have to discontinue one version which would make lots of players angry

    I agree that we need to have a streamlined version of Minecraft so as to unify our community. If one version is to be discontinued it would have to be java as java now has the minority of players. For discontinuation of java to work, The height of the player would need to change so he can fit under slabs in bedrock and bedrock would need to receive java Redstone (as it's just better), The off-hand slot would need to be accessible, a java world converter would need to be made and servers would need to be ported. The best way to implement this is probably to release all the features to bedrock in one update and then in the next discontinued Java.  That's just my take though.
