Allow custom blocks to have appropriate mining times from vanilla tools

Within add-ons, we are able to create custom tools and custom blocks. We can add block tags to our custom blocks, and set what tags our custom tools mine faster via the digger component. This is great—however, no matter what tags we set in our custom block, vanilla tools will never mine them faster. In the vanilla behavior pack, for example, iron pickaxes are said to be able to mine custom blocks with the tags 'stone', 'metal', and 'iron_pick_diggable'; however, even if we add these tags to our blocks, they are not mined faster.

    We just need to be capable of doing stuff with blocks in general, I want to see stuff like mechanism, liquid pipes, and thinkers construct

    I don't understand how they haven't done this, they should add a component to the blocks that disables the custom tools component that are selected in the blocks component, this would be revolutionary for Bedrock Addons
