TO BE ADDED NEW POSSIBILITIES TO CREATE NEW INTERFACES IN ADDONS

Addons are evolving, but this possibility needs to be added, because it is annoying to only limit yourself to the workbench, we want you to have the possibility for Addon creators They can make new interfaces, or new "menus" for addons.
