Crying obsidian portal

So on a lot of servers there are nether portals so that the players can travel faster. One problem with this, however is that if there are portals that are nearby you might get your portal connected to a friends. Somthing that could fix this is crying obsidian portals. If you make one you could connect it to a certain portal with some kind of GUI or somthing like that. I feel like this could solve lots of issues on servers and help even single player worlds if you have a similar problem.

Portals made using crying obsidian may generate the same portal in the other dimension, and these portals would not connect to other portals unless they have the same design. As for different shaped/sized portals, they may only appear if there is enough room, otherwise you would just wait in the portal and nothing would happen

This was rejected by kingbdogz, the dev who added Crying Obsidian Blocks.
