A variant of Stalactites in cold biomes: Icicles!

Icicles would act the same as stalactites, except they would look like ice instead of a rock.

  In caves, introduce a sound sensitivity feature for icicles, where the smaller the cave volume or the closer it is to sound and light sources, the more likely it is to trigger the collapse of certain top icicles.
  Events such as Creeper or TNT explosions, Ravager movement, Warden's sound wave attacks, arrow hits, and burning can all cause collapses.

  They should fall randomly in places where ice would melt, and should grow if placed on ice (any variant) with water above. Perhaps on harder difficulties it can fall in response to sounds or block interactions?
